Joe Carr

Joe Carr is an experienced executive with a diverse background in sports, entertainment, and real estate. Currently, Joe serves as Managing Director at Ziff Capital Partners and as Commissioner for the Soccer Champions Tour, a Sixth Street portfolio company. Previously, Joe was the Founder and CEO of Thrill One Sports & Entertainment, which was sold to private equity in May 2022. Additional roles include President and Chief Strategy Officer at the World Surf League, and Senior Vice President—Head of International and Content, as well as other positions at the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Joe's career in real estate private equity includes experience as an Associate at The CIM Group and BlackRock. Joe holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and is an alumnus of The Roxbury Latin School.
