Tiffany Woods

Tiffany Woods, SHRM-CP, is currently the Sr. Manager of Technical Care at DIRECTV, where they have developed a robust background in customer service and management since joining the company. Previously, Tiffany held various roles at DIRECTV, including Manager of Technical Customer Service and Customer Service Team Lead. They began their career with the company as an Administrative Assistant and worked as a Field Attendance Administrator. Tiffany is pursuing their degree at the University of Montana.
