Eline Palm Paxal

Eline Palm Paxal has extensive experience in emergency and crisis communication, currently serving as Avdelingsdirektør at the Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB) since March 2017, where leadership is provided for the Nødnett department. Prior roles at DSB included Seksjonssjef Forretningsstyring and Fung. seksjonssjef Teknisk forvaltning, managing economic oversight and technical administration of Nødnett. Prior to DSB, Eline served as Seniorrådgiver at the Direktoratet for nødkommunikasjon and held managerial positions at Deloitte Norway, Sykehuset Buskerud, and Innovasjon Norge. Eline's educational background includes a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and studies in psychology and mathematics/statistics from the University of Bergen and the University of Oslo, respectively.
