Neil Shackleton

Neil Shackleton currently serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Diriyah Company, overseeing the Diriyah Wadi Safar project, which spans 62 square kilometers near the UNESCO World Heritage site of Diriyah Al-Turaif. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Executive Director for Triple Bay at Red Sea Global, where responsibilities included the development of luxury hotels, golf courses, equestrian facilities, and a marina. With experience as a Project Director at ALEC and Senior Project Manager at Mirage Mille Leisure and Development, Neil also co-owned and developed projects in South Africa through Cape Island Construction and NJS Project Management. Neil holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a degree in Construction Management from the University of the Western Cape, and completed the General Management Program for Executives at Harvard Business School.
