Paul Walker

Paul Walker currently serves as Senior Development Director at Diriyah Company, starting in March 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Strategic Advisor at ProcurePro from October 2019 to February 2024, where expertise in digital procurement and subcontract management was leveraged to enhance construction efficiencies and project profitability. Paul was also Managing Director of WalkerDevelop, providing advisory services in property strategy and urban development from April 2019 to February 2024, with notable projects in Western Sydney and the Middle East. Experience includes a tenure as Development Director at The GPT Group focusing on retail and mixed-use projects, and leadership in urban regeneration at Lendlease.
