Shaza Arif is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as the Deputy GCEO Office Director at Diriyah Company since February 2021. Prior to this role, Shaza held several leadership positions, including GCOO Office Director and Associate Director to the Group Chief Operating Officer Management Office at the same organization. Shaza's career also includes a tenure as the Head of CEO Office at KAFD Development & Management Company and various HR roles at TIGER & SWAN INTL and Kingdom Holding Company. Shaza possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from King AbdulAziz University, a Level 5 HR Diploma from CIPD Qualifications, and has completed a program in International Protocol at The Protocol School of Washington.
