Ricardo V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricardo started their latest role as a Quality Site Lead at DIRTT in August 2022, where they handled document control, led quality investigations, and delivered targets to various departments. Prior to this, they worked in operational excellence at DIRTT, performing quality control checks and data analysis, as well as creating and implementing productivity-enhancing apps. In 2019, Ricardo was an Operational Specialist Lead at Lime, contributing to the launch of Calgary's first electric ride-share scooter system. Ricardo also gained experience in quality control and assisting technician roles at Global Seismic Repairs Inc in 2018, conducting tests and gathering data. Ricardo began their career at Nordstrom as a Logistics Support Specialist, improving distribution efficiency and enhancing the stock-on-hand system.
