Mindy Brokaw

Mindy Brokaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and training. Currently serving as the Director of Franchise Support and Training at Dirty Dough since March 2024, Mindy has previously held significant management roles, including General Manager and Area Director at Mongolian Concepts Restaurant Group from January 2019 to June 2024, and Restaurant General Manager at Craveworthy Brands and Genghis Grill between January 2019 and January 2024.
