Amber Dossey

Amber Dossey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amber is currently working at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. as the Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2023. Prior to this position, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from March 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining DISA Global Solutions, Inc., Amber held the position of Vice President, Group Human Resources at PureCircle from September 2015 to October 2019. Amber also worked as the General Manager, Strategic HR, Engineering & Construction, International Division at SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad from June 2014 to June 2015.

Amber's earlier work experience includes roles such as International HR Manager and HR Manager at SapuraKencana Energy (previously Newfield Exploration) from August 2012 to 2014, HR Consultant at Marathon Oil Company from July 2008 to February 2010, and various HR positions at Baker Hughes from 2002 to 2008, including Workforce Planning Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst & Compensation Manager, HR Manager, and Corporate Human Resources Generalist.

Amber started their career as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army, stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia with the 3rd Infantry Division from June 1995 to May 1999.

Overall, Amber has gained extensive experience and expertise in the field of human resources through their various roles in different industries.

Amber Dossey completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus in Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1995. Amber later pursued an MBA with a focus in HR at Texas A&M University.

In terms of certifications, Amber obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010. Amber also achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the same institution in 2005. Additionally, they acquired the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in November 2015. Amber holds an Employee Experience certification from LinkedIn, obtained in September 2019.
