Terri Rhodes

Terri Rhodes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in disability and absence management. As Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chair at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) since October 2012, Rhodes provides strategic leadership and oversees all activities of the association. Rhodes has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as Executive Director at DMEC, Principal at Mercer, and Director of Absence Management at Health Net. With a strong background in vendor selection, data analysis, and strategic planning, Rhodes possesses deep expertise in integrating health and productivity strategies. Education includes an MBA from Columbus University. Rhodes also contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Directors at FINEOS and has volunteered with Impact100Sonoma.
