Amelia Evard is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney and Wolinsky Fellowship Attorney at Disability Rights Advocates since September 2022. Previously, Amelia held the position of Legal Fellow at the University of California, Davis Office of Campus Counsel from September 2021 to September 2022. Amelia has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Criminal Law and as a Research Assistant for Professor Lisa Pruitt at the University of California, Davis - School of Law from May 2019 to December 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Youth Practice Group Law Clerk at Disability Rights California and a Disaster Relief Law Intern at Legal Aid of Sonoma County in 2019. Amelia earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Davis - School of Law in May 2021 and studied at the Universidad de Granada during the 2015-2016 academic year.
