Brittany Castle is a dedicated legal professional specializing in immigration and civil rights law. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Advocates since December 2022, Brittany previously held positions such as Staff Attorney for the Detention and Deportation Defense Initiative at the American Friends Service Committee and Litigation Fellow at the Immigrant Defense Project. Additional experience includes roles at the Center for Constitutional Rights and as a Civil Liberties Fellow, focusing on health justice and immigration detention.
