Erin Gallagher

Erin Gallagher is a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Advocates since November 2021, previously holding the same position at A Better Childhood from June 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court from October 2018 to May 2020 and as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from October 2015 to September 2018. Erin Gallagher also contributed as a Research Assistant and Clinic Participant at the NYU School of Law Reproductive Justice Clinic between August 2013 and May 2015, and worked as a Legal Assistant at Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP from July 2010 to June 2012. Erin Gallagher received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Math and History from Tufts University in 2010.
