Shay Zeller

Shay Zeller is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Attorney at Disability Rights Louisiana since April 2023. Prior to this role, Zeller held various positions within the City of New Orleans from February 2017 to March 2023, including Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategic Initiatives and Director of Special Programs in the Office of Business and External Services. Additional experience includes working as a Pro Bono Attorney at the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center, an Assistant City Attorney, and a Judicial Law Clerk with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. Zeller's early career included internships and positions at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, Orr & Reno, and the New Hampshire Public Defender. Zeller holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Vocal Performance) from Centenary College of Louisiana.
