Steve Noblitt

Steve Noblitt has extensive experience in advocacy and consulting related to disability rights and employment services, currently serving as an Advisor, Consultant, and Advocate at Journey Advisors since 2011 and as an Advocate for Disability Rights North Carolina since 2010. Steve is the owner of True Vine Imports, Inc., which specializes in importing fine wines from Uruguay and real estate transactions since 2005. As an Independent Disability and Employment Consultant, Steve provides training and resources on key topics such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and mental health in the workplace, drawing on over 35 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation and Workforce Development. Steve's previous roles include Disability Program Navigator for the Mountain Area Workforce Development Board and Regional Director at the NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Steve holds both BA and MA degrees in Rehabilitation Psychology from Appalachian State University, completed between 1973 and 1983.
