Alexander Zaibaq

Alexander Zaibaq is a Special Education Attorney at Disability Rights Texas since February 2024, following an associate position at Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier & Eastham PLLC, where Alexander practiced administrative law under the Defense Base Act. Previous experience includes serving as a law clerk at Neel, Hooper & Banes, P.C., where responsibilities encompassed supporting a criminal trial and drafting legal documents for workplace matters. Earlier law clerk roles at Disability Rights Texas involved advocacy at Medicaid hearings and thorough case evaluations, while an internship at the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office focused on compiling evidence and assisting with jury selection. Alexander also interned at the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston, managing membership operations and coordinating events. Alexander earned a Doctor of Law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston.
