Shona Marsh

Shona Marsh serves as the VP of Startup Programmes at CodeBase since November 2022, where responsibilities include designing and delivering programmes to support the growth and scalability of tech startups. Additionally, Shona is the Head of Education Programmes through the Scottish Government Techscaler, a Board Member at VisitScotland, and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Disability Snowsport UK. Previous roles include Tutor for the MBA Entrepreneurship Project at Saïd Business School, Entrepreneur In Residence at Falmouth Launchpad, and Experiences Growth lead for Northern Europe at Airbnb, where significant growth in business metrics was achieved. Shona also founded tourism-jobs.co.uk and was the Head of Operations at Accomable prior to its acquisition by Airbnb. Shona holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Edinburgh and has studied at Carleton University.
