Becky Kekula

Becky Kekula serves as the Senior Director of the Disability Equality Index at Disability:IN, a leading nonprofit committed to business disability inclusion, since November 2017. With extensive experience in the field, Becky has held various roles including Director and Program Manager for the Disability Equality Index. Additionally, Becky operates a motivational speaking business, Becky Motivates, focusing on inclusion and goal achievement. Other roles include Disability In Media Advisor, advocating for authentic representation of people with disabilities, and involvement in equity and inclusion efforts at SAG-AFTRA. Prior experience includes positions in casting at CBS Television Studios, marketing for Catalina Film Festival, and consulting roles for diverse organizations. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College.
