Mary Ellen Fleck Kleiman is the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Disability:IN, where Mary Ellen serves as the inaugural in-house legal advisor and counsel for the nonprofit organization. Prior to this role, Mary Ellen held various legal positions at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) from 1996 to 2023. Mary Ellen also worked as a Litigation Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and as a Senior Legal Research Analyst at the Office of Independent Counsel. Mary Ellen obtained their education from Northwestern University and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
