Ian Parenteau, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate audits, internal control consulting, and tax preparation. Currently serving as a Principal at DiSanto, Priest & Co. since January 2014, Ian specializes in audits for manufacturing and precious metal clients, as well as leading corporate fraud investigations and staff development initiatives. Prior experiences include working as a Manager, Senior Accountant, and Assurance Staff at Ernst & Young from 2012 to 2013, and earlier roles at Capobianco, CPA, where Ian provided assistance in payroll and financial statement preparation. Ian holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Bryant University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the same institution.
