Kevin Kiernan

Kevin Kiernan currently serves as Principal and Director of International Taxation at DiSanto, Priest & Co., with a focus on international tax, transfer pricing, and tax controversy since September 2017. Kevin is also a member of TPA Global, contributing expertise in tax and transfer pricing. Prior experience includes founding Global Tax Support LLC and holding the position of Director of International Tax at Textron Inc., where responsibilities encompassed tax planning, global transfer pricing management, and compliance support. Kevin’s extensive background also features a significant tenure as VP of International Tax at Hasbro Inc., managing global transfer pricing and tax audits. Early in the career, Kevin was a Tax Senior at KPMG, focusing on federal and state tax compliance and research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western New England University.
