David Roper

David Roper is a seasoned IT management professional and leader with extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. As Managing Partner at CIO Partners since 2003, David has focused on enhancing business performance through optimized IT investments. In addition to leading Disaster Relief Australia's operations and technology initiatives, David holds prominent roles as President and Chairman at the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia and has served in several advisory capacities across various organizations, including the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation and NASAA Certified Organic. David's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Computing and Commerce from the University of Adelaide and completion of the Company Directors Course Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
