Scott Raymond

Scott Raymond is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at Era Polymers Pty Ltd since February 2025. In addition to this role, Scott volunteers with Disaster Relief Australia as part of the NSW Team and as a Training and Logistics Associate. Prior to the current position, significant experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Qenos, where responsibilities encompassed HR generalist functions and L&D management, and previous roles in various organizations such as Veolia Australia and New Zealand, RANZCR, Lawrence & Hanson, IPN Medical Centres, Australia Post, and the Australian Army. Scott holds several degrees from Charles Sturt University, including a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology. Also, Scott has extensive certifications in leadership, work health, and safety training.
