Judith Apshago

Judith Apshago serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Amtrak since September 2019, leading digital transformation initiatives and driving IT strategy for business alignment. Previously held positions include Vice President and Chief Information Officer at U.S. Silica Company, where significant IT improvements were implemented, and various roles in IT leadership across companies such as Sigma-Aldrich and BioReliance. Judith has also contributed as a Board Member on the Audit Committee for the Disaster Services Corporation since March 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master's Certification in IT Project Management from The George Washington University, an MPA from Troy University, and a BA in Mathematics and Finance from Hood College.
