With a strong background in marketing, Baker has held positions such as Marketing Director and Marketing & Sales Director, leading initiatives to achieve revenue targets and manage marketing teams. Experience includes roles as Product Manager at Accrisoft Corporation, where software solutions were developed for membership organizations, and founding the Southern Collegiate Disc Golf Association to provide structured competition for collegiate teams. Baker's educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Business Management from Hendrix College and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University. Additionally, Baker has coaching experience at Pulaski Academy, focusing on baseball.
