Jeff Spring

Jeff Spring is an experienced leader in the outdoor and recreational industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Tour Director of the Disc Golf Pro Tour since August 2019. Under Jeff's leadership, the organization has become the largest elite professional disc golf tour globally, overseeing a team of 60 staff and 40 contractors to support the rapidly growing sport. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Smugglers' Notch Resort from November 2010 to September 2019, including Operations Director and Operations Manager, where responsibilities spanned ski instruction, mountain biking, disc golf, and event management. Jeff's extensive background also includes roles as a Program Manager at a summer camp and experience in environmental education and leadership development. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus in the Music Industry from Northeastern University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
