Chad Fondren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chad started their career in 1997 as part of the operations management team at the Seattle Symphony. In 1998, they became the sole proprietor of Sterling Entertainment, a role they held until 2007.
In 1999, Chad joined Disc Makers as a Product Specialist and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Director of Sales. Chad was responsible for managing sales operations across multiple regional offices and handling high-profile clients such as Google, Disney/ABC, and NASA. Their tenure at Disc Makers lasted until 2012.
During their time at Disc Makers, Chad also founded Sliver Records in 2004, where they served as the label owner until 2009.
In 1997, Chad also briefly worked as the Director of Operations at the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra.
Most recently, Chad became the owner of the School of Rock Issaquah in 2016, a position they currently hold.
Chad Fondren attended Central Washington University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Business. Prior to this, they likely completed their high school education at Kentridge High School, although specific years and degrees attained are not provided.
