Pamela Stephenson

Pamela Stephenson currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Disc Medicine, focusing on the commercialization of novel treatments for hematologic disorders. Previously, Pamela held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Albireo Pharma, where the commercial strategy for the successful launch of the company's first drug, Bylvay, was developed. Additionally, Pamela contributed expertise as a Board Member at Zynerba Pharmaceuticals and held multiple leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, including Vice President of Global Market Access and Value as well as Vice President of Cystic Fibrosis Marketing. Earlier experience includes senior marketing roles at Pfizer and strategic payer marketing at Covance. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University and a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health.
