Richard Rodriguez

Richard Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the scientific field. Richard started their career as a Lab Technician at East Stroudsburg University in 2011 and then moved on to DSM as a Lab Technician in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Lab Analyst at Sanofi Pasteur, where they performed immunoassay work and provided quick turnaround in a fast-paced environment. From 2014 to 2017, Richard worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Associate Scientist, where they performed various analytical assays and troubleshooted assays as needed. Richard also optimized and streamlined workflows using six sigma methodologies. In 2017, Richard joined Anokion as a Senior Development Associate II, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are working at Disc Medicine as a Senior Scientist.
