Mike Ratliff

Mike Ratliff is currently serving as the Associate General Secretary for Young People's Ministries at the General Board of Discipleship. Prior to this role, Mike was the Youth Pastor at St. Andrew UMC. Mike holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership in Global Perspective from George Fox University. Throughout their career, Mike has provided leadership for a diverse team of ministry professionals, with a focus on youth and young adult ministry within the United Methodist Church.
