Vance Ross has extensive experience in church leadership, currently serving as Deputy General Secretary at the General Board of Discipleship since March 2008, after holding the position of Associate General Secretary from January 2004 to March 2008. Vance Ross holds a Master of Divinity in Old Testament from seminary, which was completed between 1982 and 1985, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from West Virginia Wesleyan College, obtained from 1975 to 1979.
