Alexandre Gillet

Alexandre Gillet began their career in 2011 at UPMC - Sorbonne Universities, where they held a PhD in genomics and bio-informatics. Theiraim was to study chromosomal plasticity in heterogeneous populations like tumors or yeast, and they developed new genomic and bio-informatics tools to quantify large chromosomal structural variations. In 2015, they joined Discngine as Chief Information Security Officer and Scientific IT Project Manager | Dev.

Alexandre Gillet completed a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology and Biochemistry at Aix-Marseille University from 2006 to 2009. Alexandre then went on to pursue a Master 2 in Genome Analysis at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they obtained a Thèse de doctorat in Génomique/bio-informatique from Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2011 to 2015.
