Heather Torres

Heather Torres currently serves as the Head of People Analytics, Technology & Operations at Discord, leading the "Popstars" team to enhance people operations and analytics. Previously, Heather held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Lyft, overseeing a large recruiting team during significant organizational changes, and also served as Head of People Analytics, Technology & Strategy at Lyft. Prior experience includes roles at Facebook, where Heather was a Mission Control Senior Analyst and built the first Recruiting & People Analytics team, and at AOL as Senior Director of Operations & Analytics. Heather began a career in consulting at The Infohrm Group, providing strategic human capital analytics. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Mathematics, Heather has a strong foundation in data analysis and human resources.
