Mike French

Mike French is a seasoned professional in workplace operations, currently serving as the Workplace Operations Lead at Discord since January 2023. Previously, Mike held various managerial roles, including Office Manager at Pocket Gems and Rollbar, and Workplace Specialist at Quantcast. Notably, at NextRoll, Inc., Mike was the first office management hire, significantly contributing to the company's growth from 35 to over 500 employees, and winning the Roller of the Year Award twice. Mike has extensive experience in vendor management, event planning, and emergency response coordination, alongside a background in retail management as a Store Manager at Borders and leasing experience with Klingbeil Capital Management. Mike holds an Associate of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Academy of Art University.
