Jann Nicolas

Jann Nicolas has extensive experience in workplace experience and operations, currently serving as the Workplace Experience and Operations Lead at Unilever since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance employee experience and ensure safety on the Singapore Campus. Previously, as the Service Delivery Manager for Workplace and Travel Services in the Philippines, Jann drove the Global People Experience strategy and established over 80 policies related to employee experience and safety. Jann's experience also includes roles as Facilities Manager at JLL, Equipment and Facilities Manager at Max's Group Inc., and Plant Engineering Manager at KFC Philippines, demonstrating a strong background in facilities management, project management, and operations across various industries. Jann holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
