Stanislav Vishnevskiy

Stanislav Vishnevskiy is the co-founder and CTO of Discord. Prior to Discord, Stanislav was a Lead Software Engineer at GREE International, Inc. from January 2012 to April 2013. At GREE, Stanislav worked on Guildwork.com, a social network and web hosting service built to fill the needs of gamers involved with group activities on large scales within MMORPGs.

Some of the notable things Stanislav accomplished during their time at GREE include architecting and developing a python web framework on top of FriendFeed’s Tornado web server to suit the unique needs of building a scalable social web hosting service, as well as developing a MongoDB Document Mapper which they open-sourced on GitHub as MongoAlchemy.
