Joseph Muha Esq RPh MBA LLM serves as General Counsel and Director of Pharmacy Compliance at Discount Drug Mart since June 2017. Additionally, Joseph is a Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel NE Ohio Chapter since November 2018 and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Akron Law School, teaching Second Amendment Law. Previous professional experience includes roles at Meijer as a Pharmacist and Prescription Drug Buyer, and positions at Sam's Club and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Joseph holds a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law and a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, an MBA from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University.
