Joel Lederhause

Joel Lederhause is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background. As the Owner of Tilloo Pond Retreat since 2015, Joel has developed a venture on a private island in the Bahamas. With deep roots in the automotive industry, Joel founded Discount Ramps.com in 2000, serving as CEO and currently as a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Joel gained practical experience as a Fire Fighter and E.M.T.I. with the City of West Bend Fire Department from 1990 to 2006. Joel's educational background includes degrees in Auto & Diesel Technology from LTI and Moraine Park, as well as studies at VTC University.
