Arianna Contreras

Arianna Contreras is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Discount Tire, having joined the company in June 2022. In this role, Arianna has contributed to the implementation of company-wide anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training and curated content for cultural awareness events. Prior to this position, Arianna served as a Talent and Diversity and Inclusion Project Coordinator, where collaboration with management and external partners was key in defining project scopes and ensuring effective communication. Arianna's experience includes serving as an Inclusive Education and Strategic Initiatives Assistant at the University of Iowa from February 2020 to June 2022, where moderation of training sessions and support for a website data migration project were among the responsibilities. Arianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
