Chris Chapman began their work experience in 1991 as a Consulting Manager at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where they supervised a team of consultants and clients. Chris then worked at PeopleSoft as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, managing the Global Payroll implementation project for Compaq in over 50 countries. In 2000, they joined Evolve Software as a Professional Services Consultant, overseeing multiple implementation projects for high-profile clients. In 2001, they joined Discount Tire as the Director of IT Product Development, responsible for software development strategy and implementation. Chris later became the Director of IT Omni Channel, leading key Omni-Channel, eCommerce, and Mobile initiatives, and eventually became the VP of IT Omni Channel.
Chris Chapman attended the University of Arizona from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS/Accounting.
