Jason Miller, CCP, GRP, serves as the Manager of Compensation at Discount Tire since September 2018. Previously, Jason held the position of Compensation Manager at UNITE HERE HEALTH from August 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of nationwide compensation practices, job analysis, market pricing, and executive pay structures, as well as leading presentations to the Board of Trustees.
