Jessica L. has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Recruitment Manager at The Novo Group. Jessica then worked as a Senior Recruiter at GE Healthcare from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they served as a Director of Life Sciences at CTPartners for a year. Jessica then became a Strategist in Recruitment Media & Events at Banner Health from 2014 to 2016. After that, they held multiple roles at Cielo Talent, including Senior Recruiter and Senior Manager. Jessica joined Amazon in 2019 and worked as a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Senior Strategist, and Senior Client Lead. Currently, they are a Consultant and Professional Coach at jessluebke.com and will join Discount Tire as a Principal Strategist for Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing in November 2023.

Jessica L. obtained their Master of Science degree in I/O Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2008.
