Silvana Soares

Silvana Soares has extensive work experience in talent management and acquisition. Silvana currently serves as the VP People Care - Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion at Discount Tire, where they are responsible for various aspects of talent management. Prior to this, they worked at Kellogg Company as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Before that, they held several roles at Walmart, including Sr. Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition, Sr. Director of Walmart International Talent Acquisition, Director of Recruiting at Walmart Latin America, Regional Sr. Manager of Human Resources, and Divisional Talent Leader. Silvana also worked as an Enterprise Recruiter at Pitney Bowes.

Silvana Soares holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from DePaul University.
