Stephanie McNicol

Stephanie McNicol has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Stephanie currently holds the position of Principal UX Designer at Discount Tire since January 2024, after serving as a Senior UX Designer from August 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Stepholio since August 2014. Stephanie also has experience as a Design Researcher and Independent Contractor at Research Collective from May 2018 to November 2020. Stephanie's previous roles include Faculty Associate, Interaction Designer, Design Management Intern, and Student Graphic Designer at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2019. Stephanie has also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at CLi Digital Media in 2015 and as a Graphic Design Intern/Production Assistant at Car Dogs, LLC in 2013.

Stephanie McNicol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Stephanie later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2019.
