Wayne Haughey

Wayne Haughey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT. Wayne currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Discount Tire, where they are responsible for all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT strategy. Wayne has implemented various innovative solutions, such as genAI and Enterprise Conversational AI platform, and expanded payment services to enhance customer experiences. Prior to Discount Tire, Wayne held leadership positions at StealthPath Inc., Newport Group, TIAA, Ally, PulteGroup, General Motors, Object Management Group, AlliedSignal, and the Arizona Department of Transportation. At these organizations, they were involved in a range of responsibilities, including executive IT advisory, CIO roles, technology strategy, application development, and system management. Wayne has successfully led numerous initiatives related to digital transformation, risk management, enterprise architecture, and business process optimization.

Wayne Haughey completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Information Systems and minoring in Chemistry, from Northern Arizona University. Wayne then pursued an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management between 1997 and 1999.
