Kaitlynn Gardner

Kaitlynn Gardner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account analysis, community engagement, sales, and education. Currently serving as an Account Analyst and Administrative Team Lead at Discount Waste, Inc. since September 2022, Kaitlynn previously worked at Conviva Care Centers from December 2019 to September 2022 as a Community Engagement Sales Professional and Activities Coordinator. In these roles, responsibilities included raising brand awareness, managing partnerships, and planning numerous events. Prior to that, Kaitlynn was a Teacher at Duval County Public Schools from August 2016 to December 2019, where duties involved lesson planning for Civics and Law Studies and collaborating with staff to support diverse learning needs. Kaitlynn holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of North Florida.
