Linda Yang

Linda Yang is an experienced, innovative leader specializing in healthcare analytics and information technology. With over 14 years of experience within many reputable healthcare organizations, Linda also holds a Master of Health Administration in Healthcare Informatics and comprehensive Epic EHR certifications.

Linda began her career at Premier Inc where she ran projects, oversaw quality assurance, facilitated training, motivated teams, and performed data analysis on hospital financials. At Novant Health, Linda oversaw change management for Epic EHR analytics implementation, developed reports, and conducted business intelligence training. During her tenure at Duke University Health System, Linda built custom reports and dashboards, led strategy for project scopes, and analyzed revenue cycle metrics to help maximize financial performance. Prior to joining Discover Claims, Linda was responsible for the Epic EHR analytics implementation at OrthoCarolina.

Outside of her role, Linda is just as passionate about healthcare and has published posts for the NC Healthcare Financial Management Association. She is also an advocate for encouraging women to explore a career in IT, as they currently represent less than half the workforce. Linda continues to lead by example as one of the top experts in this industry.
