Melanie DiMartino

Melanie DiMartino is a healthcare professional who joined the Discover Claims team in 2021 and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President. Her main role is supporting the Chief Information Officer in the implementation process, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring satisfaction and coordination between Discover Claims and their clients. She earned a bachelor’s in health service administration from the University of Central Florida and holds a certificate from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) in Quality & Safety. Melanie enjoys spending time with her animals on the ranch and bakeries that remind her of her hometown in New York.
