Arlene C. Santiago, MBA, sHRBP, has extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Discover Financial Services, past roles include Sr. Principal Human Resources Consultant and various leadership positions at Rush University Medical Center, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Vice President to HR Business Partner. Additionally, Arlene has held positions at NorthShore University HealthSystem as Employee Relations Specialist and at Mather LifeWays as Human Resources Generalist. Arlene holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Change Management from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
