Erin Stieber

Erin Stieber serves as Senior Vice President of FP&A and Investor Relations at Discover Financial Services, where responsibilities include managing corporate planning, investor relations, corporate strategy, and Discover Ventures, reporting directly to the CFO. Prior to this role, Erin held senior finance positions at R1 RCM, overseeing FP&A and operational finance, and at GE Capital and GE Healthcare, managing substantial asset portfolios and finance functions. Erin is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with an MBA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Erin also completed GE's Experienced Finance Leadership Program and began a career in finance with a Financial Management Program internship at GE.
